"Not all amenities that were listed were in the room the site also does not inform you of kitchenette rooms being on a third floor or a first floor that would be very helpful to know in both rooms that I had stayed in they did not provide pillows or blankets for the fold-out couch and it would be very convenient if you offered some type of continental breakfast considering you're treating this hotel as a resort with your now needed wristbands to enter the pool"

"I specifically stayed here for the kitchen, they also have extra kitchen appliances on hand if needed. I used their blender. Room similar to a studio, spacious, all essentials necessary and overall decent size. The staff was helpful. The hotel offers a Laundry room and a well equipped gym. Only downside is encountered was the gazebo area. We couldn't get in to grill, our key wasn't working, plus it gas just rained so the key locks were off. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
