"I had a wonderful stay"

"Everything about the property was excellent. Would have given 5 stars except for- Upon checkout, I put luggage and my backpack with my 9 mm in the trunk. Had to go back to the room for the cooler. Came outside with cooler and there was a man trying to open my trunk. He tried to play it off like he mistakenly thought it was his car. His car looked nothing like mine and was parked on the opposite side of the lot."

"The room was large and so was the cockaroach waiting to greet us! There were a bunch of other small bugs in the shower but they did not bother us. The mirrors were streaky and they need to start using clorox magic wands to clean the toilet. We wanted coffee Saturday morning but the barista did not show up. The pool area is rarely cleaned, dirty towels all over the place. The beds are super cozy and the AC works well. Probably would not come back."

The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. "I specifically stayed here for the kitchen, they also have extra kitchen appliances on hand if needed. I used their blender. Room similar to a studio, spacious, all essentials necessary and overall decent size. The staff was helpful. The hotel offers a Laundry room and a well equipped gym. Only downside is encountered was the gazebo area. We couldn't get in to grill, our key wasn't working, plus it gas just rained so the key locks were off. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"The room offered was not cleaned and hence had to go back to the front desk to get a different room. This room had a used towel in the hanger inside the restroom. Overall not a good experience."
