"Loved the pool. Staff was great. I suggest they do a better job cleaning the floors in the room though. They were quite dirty. Socks got very dirty fast so I decided to wear shoes inside."

"the place is obviously older and a bit outdated on the pullout mattress , the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs when laying down. it took a couple hours until i was able to actually fall asleep. luckily we just needed the stay for one night. breakfast was good but it was okay overall."

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated.
