"Did not get the room I requested and the room we did get the door was very hard to open. The door look like it was not framed correctly. At night big gaps all long the framing. Other than that room was okay. Breakfast was good except one. The ham was not good. Was disappointing from the other Best Western I have stayed at in other states."

"Room was stuffy, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Terrible lighting in the bathroom, shower curtain was stained black at the bottom. Mattress was hard and bumpy. You could see daylight through the side and bottom on the entry door. Highway traffic sound was loud."

"Overall nice and clean, but if you’re expecting to have some ice when you’re there you can forget it. I’ve machine in the refrigerator/freezer is off and empty. You have to turn the ice machine on and get about a dozen pieces of ice by morning. Inconvenient to say the least. I can think of several reasons not to have a shared ice machine but if you arrive a little late it’s a bit of an issue."
