"The room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The property is a bit old and dated but comfortable enough. There are two pools and both have unusual layouts where you are not really able to sit by the pool to socialize or to watch your children if you have children with you. Only one of the pools have chairs at all and they are located on a "sun deck" on one side of the pool that is not visible from the part of the pool where you swim. I know this isn't fixable but it's a strange...

"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

"this is the most spectacular but understated resort. Noreen and Christina took care of our every need. Food was excellent The view is worth a million and you can enjoy it from the room dining on the terrace or swimming in the pool "

"Lovely little cottage and wonderful restaurant and staff. We knew booking there was no pool; planned on ocean swims but water wasn’t very clear and did not appear clean. There are better places to stay at similar price but enjoyed experience. "

"This my second time staying at this place and when I thought things would have been better after the first time, It became worst. When I arrived the reception was closed from after 4pm or 5pm. my flight landed 7:40pm. The entrance gate was closed I had to open it on my own. I had to call out for someone to come and attend to me and give me a key to which ever room I was assigned to. When asked if the resturant is opened. answer was no it is close for now, which means I can't have breakfast at...

"Food was on the expensive side and the beach was not as easy to swim as other areas of the island, but the resort itself and the staff are wonderful. We had a great stay. "

"Unfortunately, due to the out of control seaweed situation at this hotels beach, you can’t swim in the water and on some days you can’t even sit on the beach due to the bugs. The pools were all great and the staff were lovely but I was extremely disappointed about the beach situation. Also, there aren’t enough places in the room to dry wet items, caused a very damp and uncomfortable environment which was welcoming to bugs and the like. Be prepared to spend an exorbitant amount of money on taxis."

The quinoa salad and snapper catch of the day were divine. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed. "Landsay he is awesome! He did everything its possible to make my stay the best in St Kitts! I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!! Just having my last beer here on the balcony;)"

"Great overall with amenities; gym, restaurants pool and beach areas, where you could swim!! (Great clearing the seaweed from the beach daily!!). More importantly the staff was excellent!! Would definitely go back for a relaxing vacation. "

"The location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal ferry terminal and my dive boat. Plenty of eating options. Everything was a 5 to ten minute walk. The room was very nice. New tile on the floor and in the whole bathroom. Plenty of hot water. T v worked fine. I got to watch free movies on youtube channel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me do a load of laundry for free. There was a supermarket downstairs from the hotel. Perfect!"

"Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. "
