"Our first choice when we go to Paso Robles for the weekend. The hotel is awesome and in a great location. Hitting the pool and jacuzzi after a long day of wine tasting is the best. "

"The hotel was very clean and very beautiful however I have issues with their breakfast room. I was there six months ago and the place was a mess and with very few people actually helping the clients. I was told that this was going to be resolved. We have come back six months later, and the issue has still not been resolved. Because they have one person working the Restaurant area we have had the bus our own table just so we had a table where we could eat breakfast there. Also, there are only four tables there they’re large enough to seat either two or four people, and also accommodate dishes and forks and glasses and coffee. The other tables there are all cocktails tables and you could barely fit 2 cups of coffee and a small little dish for a croissant or piece of toast. I feel that this room is just there and it’s not really being taken care of. Unfortunately there are no other restaurants in the hotel that we can go to for breakfast. For a Hilton hotel, this is totally unacceptable and I hope that it it will be resolved in the future. I hold very little hope in that happened because I was told that that was gonna happen six months ago and as of yesterday, it still hasn’t happened."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds .. music playing throughout the grounds , nice restaurant , upstairs bar and across the street from the square where everything is .this hotel had it all ! Will definitely be back . Paso Robles is a great little town. "

"The room - incredible. the view from the Pinot Grigio room - phenomenal. the continental breakfast - really good. my only complaints is for the amount of money for the room, i would expect a way more comfortable bed and the lack of service - checkout is 11am; i went to the lobby office at 10:55am and no one was there. i wanted to purchase a bottle of wine i enjoyed the previous night but couldnt get in to the lobby to purchase. other than that, i think we'll try again."

"Would stay here again if they fix these issues. Overall the place was clean, what was lacking was a few things that I needed...ice machine broken, shades broken, building entrances were broken, soap dispenser was detaching from the wall, and the shower pressure was so weak, specially when your turned it to the hot water side. I just hope that they fix these items for any future traveler. "
