"Rooms don't come with hair dryer. You have to go to the front desk to borrow one and return it after every use. Very inconvenient."

"We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. Our room was on the fourth floor and we really appreciated the quick and smooth ride of the elevator."

"My only complaint was that the bed was not as comfy as I would have liked. The room was huge and cozy. The staff went above and beyond. I was there for five nights for medical stuff that was no fun but this hotel was a safe, comfortable, home away from home. "

"Well run low cost motel. It was clean. The staff was very friendly. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Coffee available in the office in the morning. Very large TV. Close to a Safeway and restaurants. I would stay again. "

"Easy access to hotel from Northgate Way. Property is clean and modern. Great room - bathroom in my room had a walk in shower which was new and very modern. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return when I am in Seattle area!"

"Parking was easy, stairs are only way to access 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Staff were nice. Room was clean but cleaner they use was very very strong. Good location close to lots of restaurants 👌. Breakfast was simple. Yogurt ,cereals ,hard boiled eggs and bagels . Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat and towels were dirty."
