"A fun hotel, lots of activities for kids and families."

"The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The rooms are large and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap for guests. The location is excellent, close to Texas Tech. I really liked the hotel. Whenever I return, I will stay here again."

"Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

"My flight was delayed to very late in the night, but they were very accommodating. Got me a ride to the property and they were very nice."

"The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. "Clean room but skimpy on the thin towels."

"Right after check in I was immediately told the pool was out of service. When I opened the room door, the smell of wet dog and old cigarettes kicked me in the face harder than a Chuck Norris round house to the chin. The carpet looked wet and more like linoleum than fibers. The pillows were stained more yellow than a smokers teeth. We had roaches coming out from under the bed and bathroom as a welcome committee. The toilet was broken and the shower head had so much scale I could of been busted by...

"The whole reason I booked here was for the breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff for breakfast didn't show up, so by the time we were checking out to leave on our road trip, there was no breakfast. The room above us was stomping around until 1am and the door closes INCREDIBLY slow, making it a safety hazard. The beds were uncomfortable and both my daughter and I woke with headaches and back aches from it. It was clean, but that's about all."

"The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the ac it only mildly cooled the room stayed at 78 degrees . But it was tolerable and I will definitely stay there again"
