Hotel dekat Lapangan Golf Rookery Selatan

"The property was well maintained. I did have a small problem and I brought it to the property manger's attention. I will not say what it was, if someone wants to contact me, fine. The property manager was rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I was told that someone would come to the room for the second time and that never happened. I really could not understand her reasoning for her actions or to exhort her power so to speak. I was not asking for anything or even a room...

"I stayed at Tru by Hilton for five nights during a solo trip. Overall, the hotel was nice, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was just okay. My room appeared very clean overall, with one exception: the bed frame had visible hair, dust, and debris on it. Because the frame extends beyond the mattress, it was noticeable and seems like an area that should be wiped down between guests. The biggest issue was the TV. "Our stay was easy and breakfast was included & great every morning!"

"The problem was a rude staff member Saturday night who responded negatively when my wife needed assistance"

Don’t put any confidence in the breakfast. Basically eggs and coffee. They try, but you definitely get what you pay for. The room was great. Comfortable bed, cooled well, quiet, clean hallways. That’s where they shine. Front desk was pleasant and helpful, but I have a feeling the night clerk was new....

"Rate all 4 amenities as good...."

"Lovely place to stay! Would definitely recommend. Very accessible to tourist shops, restaurants, and the ocean. Parking provided and everything in walking distance. Esp loved the evening cookies and milk and hanging out in the inviting lobby!"

"The staff was super nice, every one of them! The place is clean, well kept and very cutely decorated. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious! Well appointed, extra blanket etc in the large chest. Appliances worked (and we used them!). Plenty of towels and toiletries. Used the pass for the gym caddycorner and they were really nice too! Convenient to everything, parked the car and walked to wherever we wanted to go. Except for the mattress being uncomfortable (which I reported to...

"Good experience"

"The only thing that was missing was Room Service, which would have added excellence to the staff being friendley and ensuring the room was ready for check-in."
