"Very uncomfortable and uneven mattress. The pull-out couch was extremely thin and uncomfortable. I asked for a cot instead for my son to sleep on, they didn't have any. The best thing about our stay was the free breakfast, but even that was mediocre. "

"The parking was very secure and easy to navigate, especially after a long road trip. We got to room 233 after check in and found hair on the bathroom wall like they didn’t clean that day. The sheets had stains like they were from a woman’s leftover mascara so I went to desk and asked to switch rooms but was denied because I booked through a third party which is whatever so after returning a 2nd time for a room switch because the sheets had dried blood specks, I finally got the new, actually...

"We had an early flight so wasn’t able to take advantage of breakfast nor shuttle. The location was very close to airport. The room was large, staff was pleasant & overall a wonderful experience. "

"Breakfast ok. Requested gluten free and staff provided muffins. Asked to check in early and to leave after 12 pm checkout. Both refused. Stayed her one year ago with family for several days and staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Not so much this year. I do, however, love the large roomy suites. "

"We are a party of 4. 3 of us Ubered to the property, and forgot to mention that one of us had a vehicle. Even though he was seen parking and checking in, his vehicle was towed within 2 hours of arriving. It cost him $350 to get it out of the pound. If his vehicle was noticed, it seems like the customer in the vehicle should have been contacted before this mess. Sure, it was our mistake for not mentioning there was a vehicle with us, but a hospitable warning would have been nice."
