"Check in was a little tricky. When you arrive, you check in via text. The person receiving the text is not on site. You have to wait for the on site staff to receive a message from whoever has the contact phone. The gentleman who was on site that weekend was very helpful."

"Hot water at night and early morning was lukewarm at best. The staff told me it's because of high demand. I've stayed at many other Embassy suites over the years and never experienced such a problem."

"Excellent relaxing weekend compliments to chef for breakfast and dinner. Poolside bar was casual and friendly. Tennis courts need some love but newly surfaced paddle ball courts. The lap pool was my favorite way to cool off but we swam in four pools during our stay. Room dated yet beds, sheets, towels and bath all excellent. Everything was clean. All staff from grounds crew, pool and tennis , bar, restaurant, front desk friendly and engaging. We even enjoyed a couple old time games shuffle board and horse shoes."
