"It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was."

"Our room ended up being in a separate detached building next to the hotel and behind the Mc Donalds drive thru. The train ran behind our hotel and kept us from sleeping through the night. Our room was clean and looked recently updated. We had to walk outside in the rain to get to breakfast which wasn’t inside the hotel proper. Breakfast staff were very friendly and the meal was good."

We went dinner, upon our return to the we discovered water all over the floor. When we contacted desk, they came to the room and stated they had been having problems with the shower. Their comment about the problem “ we can’t get someone in until Monday took at it” their solution , wrap a towel around the leaky faucet handle. As a result we listened to the shower...

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel to say the least. Besides the GROSS markup on price for the Missoula Marathon weekend, the room that we got was $45 at best and that’s being generous. Pictures may be doctored and no where near actual real time. No other options to move to another location because everything is sold out. Being from out of town and booking way in advance we should have got one of the few updated and renovated rooms but unfortunately we didn’t. Pictures and...
