"The hotel room was attractive and clean. The food was well cooked, both in the bistro and in the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a park so had pleasant surroundings, a place to leave the car free of charge and quiet for a good night's sleep. We were surprised that the bar closed by ten at night, which seemed too early. Otherwise, this hotel made our time in the capital extremely enjoyable."

"Not up to scratch for a 4* hotel. Arrived early, checked in and confirmed a twin room. Returned later and had to check again. Key cards provided didn't work so had to return to reception from 10th floor. The room provided was a double. First reception said it was a twin, then that it was previously a twin and was now a double, then that we hadn't asked for a twin. They promised to search for an alternative and call me back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I returned to reception and waited until...
