"The most beautiful stay in all of Pisa! Thank you to the kind and generous staff who upgraded our room, we loved the balcony view room of the tower. This hotel is beyond wonderful and I can’t recommend enough, the rooms are modern and spotless with everything you could need including slippers, robes and snacks. There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it.
