This is quaint little boutique motel not far from Cebu airport and about half an hours drive from the port in traffic. It is a bit off the beaten path, so make sure your driver has access to Goggle maps. The website provides a fairly thorough description of the directions to get there and what landmarks are nearby.
The Norwegian expat owner, JJ, couldn't be kinder and the rooms are nice gor a budget price. The rooms have a hot water carafe and free coffee and tea. Limited snacks are available to purchase. Street food is available outside and a mall is nearby. The rooms have individual AC units. My only criticisms would be a weak to nonexistent Wifi and TV signal in the back rooms, exterior bathrooms in the hallway with no hot water (but it is at least tepid), and a 10 p.m. curfew before lockdown(!?). Nevertheless, I would highly recommend the Liytle Norway Inn for the budget minded nomad.
