Lovely new place, spotless, spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning leaking when we arrived and we asked for it to be fixed. Returned to the room after our meal and the room was under water from the airport conditioner. Complained again and it was cleared up. It continued to leak throughout the night and had accumulated more water on the floor. This was obviously dangerous making your way to the toilet during the night. The staff were very pleasant but to keep saying sorry is not good enough.

This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me.

I paid for 3 persons but the hotel complimentary drinks & utensils are good for 2. There were black ants so never leave food in your room.The hand soap seems like mix w/ water,. The toilet bowl flush was so hard to push down.

Staff was great, location of hotel was not so great, hard to find and GPS location was hard to find, even our cab driver had a hard time to find with the lack of road signage. I wouldn’t say it was 100% clean, but it wasn’t dirty. The water has a strong mold like smell for the first minute or two, then clears up. We went up to the top floor for dinner, the view was fine but you had more staff than people eating but you still had to call them over to order anything, they were very attentive when called, but they just stand there till you call. It kinda makes you feel unwelcome, and makes you feel demanding when you have to call them over for anything. They do need to be more attentive and come to you, like water given within the first 1-2 minutes of sitting, seeing you in about 3-4 minutes later for drinks, then about 2-3 min later for appies, then about 5 mins later to order food, then check on you about every 10-15 mins after to see if needed more drinks, or how is the food, or did you want anything else. Asking those thing will up sale your ticket food items, make more money for the hotel and make more inviting. In this case we ordered I wanted a second drink but waited so long, we just went back to our room. The elevator almost sounds like its going to stop working with all the noise it makes going up or down

The staff was very polite but did not appear to be well trained at their job in my opinion. It was not just one or two but the majority. They are mostly very young and dod not really seem to know their job. The only other negative was the incessant dog barking and rooster crowing right outside my window which was very loud and intermittent but regular. It is a very well looked after hotel and floor six bar and restaurant is quite remarkable. The food was good and the service was instant. My most enjoyable time was spent there. Outstandingly different.
Floor 6 rooftop UFO theme pods. You can also watch the planes land and take off from Cebu-Mactan airport

Was good… the only thing I can say is that the air is not cool enough. And hope they have car pick up available airport and hotel…that’s all thank you other than that I was satisfied.

Was there for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel, clean, amazing staff. When I arrived there, their WiFi was not working in the rooms. I was not able to watch TV or use the internet in the room because no WiFi and I was unable to get data signal on my phone. I was disappointed about that. Water pressure was little low but manageable. I preferred more water pressure in shower. If the hotel had WiFi working, it would be 5 stars.
