"I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

"This was our third stay here at Alta. I like the comfort in the rooms, and the property is very peaceful and quiet - with the occasional airplane taking off. The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available."

"Very nice garden around the pool, great pool area with bar and restaurant, and the food was Great! Only negative, was the accommodation, it was spacious, BUT not specially clean, cabinets falling off hooks, no Aircon in living room, the one in the bedroom was noisy. But over all we had a fine stay, and we will be back as day users for sure."
