"The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can...

"It was a good stay, however they delayed us during the checkin and this is a big no no, and they had to fix the hot water in our suite since it was not working.. then, something that needs to be pointed out is that the property was very far from the city center, so you were left with the only restaurant/s they had in their property and didnt have the option of chosing."

"スタッフはみんなとても感じがよく親切でした。 お部屋は綺麗で虫もいませんでした。 ちだ、５つ星というには少し物足りない感はあったような…。 シャワーも少し使い続けるとお水ほどにはならないもののだんだん温度が下がってくるのと、エアコンの音がとてもうるさく、除湿の機能がついていませんでした。 涼しくはなるけどジメジメはとれないエアコンという感じ。 2日目、3日目とお部屋のクリーニングはしてもらえてもコーヒーの補充はありませんでした。"
