"Great value for the money. The staff was great. If you work remotely, be sure to ask for a room with a desk; not all of them have one. Water was warm, not hot, and pressure was adequate but not great. Location is great. Wifi worked well. Would stay again. "

"Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was dirty with hair. The picture on the wall wasn’t wiped down and there was splashes of substance on it.There was trash behind the ottoman in the bedroom. The bedsheets on one of the beds had some type of substance on it and some other dirty marks. "

"My wife and I had booked a Queen-size bed but were given an uncomfortable Full-size one instead, in a very cramped space. Neither of us slept very well, but we were given another room with a Queen mattress for our second night’s stay."

"Great location near Times Square and Broadway. Clean room, friendly staff, and easy check-in/check-out. Rooms are small, but overall a good stay at an affordable price point for Manhattan hotels."

"This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. My only gripe is the resort fees they charge, an 'all access' fee for access to gym etc. Whether you use those amenities or not. Seems dishonest to me."

"So you save a dollar a day by making the soap , shampoo, and conditioner squirt tiny drops at a time but by the time a guest has stood there for several minutes pumping and pumping just to get enough to wash their hair, you've more than lost it in guest perception of the hotel. Not to mention the likely cost of the water, just standing there pumping. It feels very much like the sort of thing where you pinched a penny but helped your guest in the eye, leaving them with a very sour perception of the hotel."

"It was a nice hotel reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet was served hot, fresh and pretty good. I just didn’t realize the room was soooo small. I felt like I was in a closet."
