Very good location. The swimming pool area is very nice and the buffet is very rich. The rooms are very old furnitured and not so clean.

In need of investment!

The staff were very friendly and the out door spaces well kept and clean, as was the pool and accomodation, but, it is very dated and the "kitchenette" had nothing to cook with ie pots pans cutlery etc. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, it all seemed stuck in the past and in need of investment. The food was basic and not 4* quality but the staff were friendly and attentative. Pool was good and clean and the entertainment staff were enthusiastic. Overall it just needs the rooms updating and the food improving. Sad to say we will not be returning.

Uima-allas alue oli ihana ja pienille lapsille oma matala allas oli tosi kiva. Muuten hotelli oli kulahtanut. Ilmastointi tosi kovaa ääntä pitävä. Aamupala ja illallinen oli hyvän makuisia ehkä enemmän britti makuun tehtyä. Enemmän olisi kaivannut paikallisia makuja pelkkien salaattien lisäksi.

Reception assente: appena arrivati non ci hanno neanche indicato dove si trovava la camera, cosa complessa visto le numerose casette. Poi non ci hanno informato di nulla, ne di come funzionavano gli intrattenimenti visto che abbiamo un bambino ne di come muoverci/ fare nei dintorni . Pulizia generale scarsa, le grelle della piscina nere , nella stanza a volte si dimenticavano a mettere gli asciugamani, la carta igienica e i prodotti doccia. Ristorante ottimo: cibo buono e variegato ogni giorno.

The food was good, staff were friendly and the gardens were beautiful. It was possible to walk to some beaches. Transport links were good into the centre of Ayia Napa. Hotel needs some updating particularly the rooms. Air conditioning unit was quite dilapidated although did just about work. Room was not as clean as I would have liked on arrival. Quick cleaning was provided throughout the week. The pool area was left with discarded cups and rubbish left around. Sun loungers were left scattered around including upside down - a little time tidying these at the end of the day would be advised. Youngsters seemed to be allowed to sleep off hangovers on beds around the pool! Life guard spent the day on his phone - he should be watching those in the pools. Despite the above, we had a good stay although probably won't return.

Having booked this hotel in October 2021 for a stay begining 7th April 2022 it was somewhat of a shock to receive notification on the 6th April 2022 that we would no longer to be able to stay at this hotel as `there was a delay in the expected opening of the hotel`, we went to see this hotel why we were in Cyprus and it looked totally derelict, no sign that it would be opening anytime soon, which begs the question - why didn`t they notify us sooner that we would not be able to stay?, it was extremely stressful to try to sort this out the morning before we flew, not least because I also had to go to work on a late shift! We were offered an alternative at a sister hotel not far away (The Dome Beach), which to be honest we had no choice but to accept without any form of written confirmation, just a promise on the phone, luckily the hotel was pleasant and the staff were really nice.

At these days rooms could be better. Very old sofa. Food is good - can't say nothing bad. We where stayed on half board so breakfast and dinner were very good. Swimming pool very cold.

Good price, good hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, it is a nice and clean hotel, huge swimming pool, plenty of space, nice food and staff, few best beaches within walking distance, never get bored, few Supermarket close by, would definitely go back again

Hotel correcto, comodo para familias

Hotel situado a 1.5 kilometros del centro de Ayia Napa. 5 minutos del centro en auto. Pileta enorme y muy comoda. Tiene tambien una pileta para chicos chiquitos muy practica. Cabe destacar que todos los empleados fueron muy cordiales e hicieron todo lo que estaba a su dispoicision para que la estadia sea buena en especial la chica de la recepcion (Ivelina). La habitacion comoda. Los muebles un poco viejos. No vendria mal una renovacion. Lo unico que deberia ser mejorado es la comida. Nos ha sido un poco dificil encontrar que cenar durante las 3 noches que estuvimos en el hotel.

Ideales Hotel für Badeferien

Bei schönstem Wetter sind wir in Ayia Napa angekommen. Im Hotel wurden wir als bereits langjährige Gäste herzlich willkommen geheissen. Leider hatte Expedia.de unseren Zimmerwunsch der Rezeption nicht weiter geleitet, so dass wir nach einer ersten Nacht in einem lärmbelasteten Appartement ( Autobahn in der Nähe ! ) wieder umziehen mussten. Dieses zweite Appartement war wenigstens an ruhiger Lage gelegen.

TRES BON HOTEL

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en nous basant sur les commentaires le concernant et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Cet Hotel dispose de chambres très confortables et d'une piscine magnifique. Il est bien situé par rapport aux plages de sable et est facile d'accés. Petit bémol concernant la restauration pas au niveau du reste de la prestation mais ce n'est pas grave. Nous conseillons cet hôtel.

Hver eneste kveld da vi skulle spise middag, programmet bygnnet, med akurrat samme musikker og samme dance, slik bli å være middag på hotellet som en mareritt, det kommer å bli så kjedelig og mye forstyrrelse til middagen, slik vi bestemme oss å spise middagen ut av hotelet inne mellom.

Excellent Value at a Splendid Place

This place offers outstanding value for your money while being next to the nicest beaches of Agia Napa. (5 min of a walk to the beach, the very closest one is imho also the nicest of Agia Napa) Contrary to what previous raters claim, the buffet was huge, the food was mostly tasty and fresh, of course - at that price it will not end up in the league of Gault Millau and Guide Michelin, yet every night there is some fine main course from the show-kitchen-stand besides all the other standard food. I missed a bit to have some more local food (why on earth do people go to Cyprus to eat what they get at home as well?) anyway, the outstanding lamb and baklava were local enough! Rooms are spacious and nice, a corner is dedicated to a small kitchen with a small fridge, which makes it easy to cool fruits and snacks. the garden with the fantastic pool landscape fits well - though the sea is that much nicer that you'd soon forgo its artificial ambience, in particular if you're snorkeling. A special tribute goes to this year's staff (2010) - they were extraordinarily friendly, fast and helpful, no comparison to European mainland...
