"The breakfast was continental, tea, toast, coffee, orange juice, fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt and delicious overnight oats. We do like a cooked breakfast though so this is a mark down for us. The room was beautiful and clean with tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and mints which was a nice touch. There were small shower gels in the bathroom and a lovely rain shower. "very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "
