"This a new, small, and very nicely appointed hotel. It's quiet, friendly, and located near a small market and a fabulous, authentic Parrilla serving great meats and small dishes. A ten minute walk takes you to Parque de las Palapas, a vibrant community facility full of local families, music, shops, bathrooms, and a children's playground. We enjoyed visiting the hotel strip and beach during the day but were happy to be staying in this lovely neighborhood an Uber ride away Cancun's Las Vegas like...

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. "The hotel was located in a prime location close to many restaurants and bars just outside the front entrance. The pool was nice with a good bar next to it and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I liked the fact breakfast was served from 7am-12pm. The hotel's cleanliness was satisfactory overall with nothing to complain about. Here's a useful tip, when flying into Cancun take an ADO bus to the central terminal in downtown Cancun. From there it's only a simple 8 minute walk to the hotel...

"The room was clean. There was a mini split and a fan, which was nice. I didn't like the shower, but my husband didn't mind it. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bus is a couple of blocks away, and for 12 pesos, it will take you to the hotel zone and the beach."

"The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This hotel is on a side street just behind the ADO bus station in Cancun Central. I chose it because I wanted easy access to the busses for travelling around the area and also close enough to an area suitable for my running. It is about 0.7 miles (1.1 km) walk to the front entrance of the Puerto Cancun Mall Complex (with stone columns) where you have a nice flat sidewalk that will take you down Avenida Bonampak to Avenida Kukulcan for the start of the cycling/running path at Km 0 that goes...

"In the middle of the hotel there is a tree! There is a parking space, the workers are so nice! I loved the hotel so I extended my stay 7 days more. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking care of the beautiful tree. "

"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel...
