"Great hotel and services for a quick stop to grab flight the next day"

"This hotel is very old, no amenities and very noisy. Noise from street, pool filter and they have put refrigerator between beds next to your head. We ask the staff to give us the quite room, but she gave us a very noisy one. The breakfast was trible at 8 am they were out of eggs and coffee. When they bring some coffee and eggs after while coffee taste trible."

"The rooms were clean, cool and the staff was fabulous. The airport transport was smooth. There is not a pool or bath house."

"The place is beautiful and very comfortable. I could see myself staying there long-term. Prior to this day, I was at a resort and that Resort cannot compare to this place. One drawback air conditioner did not work and I was told that I needed to wait until the next day for someone to fix it on the day that I check out.."

El wifi solo en el lobby, las habitaciones amplias pero con pocas amenidades (agua, café, hielera). El área social se ve un poco descuidada y solitaria."

"I love that breakfast was included, I didn't always love the selection. The resturant had excellent food at a decent price, we dined their often. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the metro. Lots of fast food resturants near by. Speaking to the staff was difficult due to the language barrier, but we managed to understand each other. They held our luggage will we spent the last day in the city. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel it was in a great location."

"The tv cable company limits what World Cup games 2026 you could watch(June 16-23), same game twice a day and that was it. The bar by the front desk was not efficient. The employees should try to be more communicative and friendly."

"I made a reservation and right away a reached out to them to just change the date for me. No response still and not in time for me to cancel reservations prior to the cancel date. No respond in time nor have they a day later. Still awaiting."

"Great breakfasts buffet with plenty options. Rooms spacious. The sound proofing in my room was really bad, it felt the noise from cars and AC from outside were inside. Loved the motorized blinds. Staff attentive."
