"Excelente experiencia. Muy buena opción para familias con niños. La atención es de primera. El desayuno es abundante y muy sabroso. Volvería."

"Attentive staff. Clean hotel "

"The only good thing here was the location and the breakfast, then the rooms, restrooms, living rooms and kitchen appliances are completely dirty. The place was extremely cold."

"During our stay, we found that the hotel room did not meet basic standards of comfort and habitability. The room had inadequate heating, and the bathroom had no heating at all. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom produced excessive noise throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get adequate rest during...

"Breakfast was average. Pool was good."

Breakfast was delivered promptly after we ordered, and, as advertised, our apartment had a direct view of the ocean. However, I must strongly point out that this hotel is not wheelchair-accessible, which caused us significant difficulties. When I purchased the package—which was non-refundable—it stated that we...
