The room wasn't as small as people seem to be making out, we round it plenty big enough. The air con was also great, not sure why people are complaining about that.
Location was in a great neighbourhood close to nice bars and tapas resturants, also close to the Seville football stadium and shopping centre. About a 15 min walk to the centre. On the EA bus route from the airport so...

"Great hotel. Looks brand new. We found this to be in a perfect location, around 15 mins walk to everything you'd want to do. Expedia list a "roof top bar"... there isnt one. However, spent a couple of hours a day on the rooftop pool and sunbeds. Very relaxing. Would be good if they had a way to serve drinks in the day. "It was our first trip to Seville and we booked the room from Expedia. We are a family of 4, booked 2 connected rooms as a family suite. Rooms are well maintained, very clean. Staff are helpful. Onsite parking charges 25 Euros per night is a little bit of pricy. The automatic lights on/off in aisle are a bit of overdone, so is the automatic light in closet.
