"The room and view were lovely. The staff was kind. Our biggest complaint is that at check in time, only 1 person was working so there was a line. Then, our room wasn't ready, and other customers were waiting on rooms too. We were comped a night of parking and given a room upgrade when our room still wasn't ready. It was just hard to hear when your family is tired after a day of traveling."
"We stayed 3 nights broke up over 5 days. One frustration on two mornings was the smoke detector. It went off for 10 minutes both mornings. It occurred when we ran our steamer or right after we all showered. My guess is the steam triggered it. Had to keep resetting. Even had the fan on and windows open the whole time. Price…what you expect. Comfortable bed. Clean shower. Clean room. Have another stay booked next month."
"The property is in a good location for walking to the boardwalk. It was a quick and easy walk- even with our 6 year old. The property is older but seems like it was somewhat renovated. The patio furniture was new (our chairs still had the plastic on the cushions). We had the upper corner room and we had a view of the boardwalk from our balcony.
The pool was a nice bonus for a quick swim with the kids. It was a busy spot for sure with other families enjoying time there too.
The downfall would be that the bathroom floor didn’t seem like it was swept well as there were still a bit of crumbs/debris. Overall it was a nice stay. I do wish they had some sort of breakfast, but that wasn’t a deal breaker."
"Place was clean, and checking in and out was quick. It had a variety of breakfast items and coffee. The eating area did get a bit messy since traffic is nonstop. But it helps to get there early to avoid most of the crowd. Beds were good, but the pillows were not comfortable for us. It was a very good experience overall. Will stay here again in the future."
