"I loved the hotel, the location, the amenities, and the staff. On the day of my checkout, they stored my luggage, and I was still able to enjoy the amenities until later in the day, which I really appreciated. The only thing I can complain about is the humidity in the room—it was extremely high and felt unhealthy."

"The main issue we had was with the lack of internet service. Since the internet was down, none of the offered streaming channels were available. We were unable to watch any programming during our stay. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable to rest in after much needed relaxation after a long flight. I would suggest adding thick mattress pads for an immediate upgrade. Luckily we were only booked for one night."
