"Nel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento. "

"Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sun Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference to our experience. Our apartment was lovely and perfect for the four of us (two couples). The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was impressively huge and spacious. "Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)"

"Cleanliness absolutely excellent,beds very comfortable. There was food service in bar area needs improving, however Carlos gave great service to everyone, he was very helpful."

"Tanto el personal, como el alojamiento, las instalaciones, la comida del buffet, ha superado nuestras expectativas. En general ha sido una estancia inmejorable, rodeados de los mejores profesionales tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Mención especial para el staff de turno de tarde-noche simplemente encantadores. Volveremos. Muchas gracias!!!"

"Het complex is goed gelegen, vlakbij twee supermarkten en winkelstraten. Er is veel beweging rondom maar op de site zelf merk je daar niet zo heel veel van. Op wandelafstand van de zee, hou daarbij wel rekening met het hoogteverschil, eigen aan de regio. Tip: reserveer een parkeerplaats in het hotel want de parkeermogelijkheden zijn overal problematisch. Conclusie: een zeer net hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede prijs/kwaliteit en een aanrader. "

"Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!"

"El aparcamiento en el mismo establecimiento es fundamental para alojarse aqui. Se requiere reserva con antelacion para el parking, pero con este tema resuelto, el apartamento es totalitario recomendable."

"Prima appartement voor een verblijf van een week. Was schoon en netjes. Enig nadeel vond ik dat je niet kan ventileren. Maar er was wel een staande ventilator. Mooi zwembad voor verfrissende duik in de middag. Geen bar of restaurant, maar wel op loopafstand. Ook een supermarktje. Een auto is aan te bevelen als je ergens wil komen."

"We stayed in a beautiful and rustic apartment, very tastefully furnished and spacious. Despite not having a front desk, check-in was very straight forward and the owners provided good communication. The property grounds are well kept and perfect for a quiet retreat and full relaxation. The local cat happily greeted us every time we used the garden and kindly walked with us, keeping us company.
