"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Parking was easy and close to the registration desk. Variety of shops and restaurants in the hotel and also just outside of it. The rooms themselves felt outdated and a bit dirty. Staff was friendly. "
