Hotel Caesars Entertainment di Las Vegas

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"All staff was excellent except the grumpy man who unloaded luggage from our car at check in. The rest of our visit was fabulous! Great staff, beautiful facilities! NOBU hotel was amazing!! Rod Stewart concert was marvelous!! And the colosseum venue was excellent!!"

"The Cromwell is one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas. The casino and hotel are small and accessible, compared to the other mega-casinos on the strip. The location is great, staff is wonderful, and overall vibes spot on. "
