"The room was spacious, but we had a few issues. The mini fridge was not cold. The comforter on the bed was stained. The only issue we had was that we called the Horseshoe a week prior to arriving and specifically asked if the pool was open, and we were told it was going to be open by the time of our arrival. When we arrived at the Horseshoe on April 9th, we were then informed that the pool was not open and we had to use other hotel pools. When I asked the management if this was a last minute...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Remodeled rooms are grey and boring and look like a Best Western. Beds only have two flat pillows- one for each person and could not get additional to room. AI receptionist. Asked for a room cleaning, was not done. Shower dispensers are labelled body wash, conditioner and hand soap (not shampoo, was the same soap at the sink)- 2/3 of these were empty, anyway. Family poolwas crowded and dirty and overrun with annoyed kid-free adults who could be at the regular pool. "Remodeling" lobby to...
