"Free parking was convenient. Upon arrival, did a self check-in at the kiosk because I didn’t see the lobby. The room assigned was ok, a little outdated. The bed sheet wasn’t tucked in and the window was so dirty that when I tried taking a picture, my phone said to clean the lense. I went to find the lobby because I wanted to find out how to get my Expedia perk. The worker, Pritesh, was not very friendly and said I wasn’t an Expedia VIP member even though I was showing him my app. I hate having to pay the resort fees even though I don’t use any of their “amenities.” Not the usual hotel I stay at but opted to stay here because of the proximity to The Sphere."
