" I paid for two beds but was given only one; when I asked about it, I was told that was all they had available. The room was of very poor quality, and the bed was terrible. The bathtub was old and looked dirty, and the furniture was ugly and peeling. Honestly, I paid far too much money just for my companions to have to sleep on the floor—it’s simply not fair. Had I been able to do so at the time, I would have demanded a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied and very upset; and as if that weren't enough, I had to pay for parking—plus I’m not even sure what other charges were applied, as I am still waiting for my invoice. They should have given me a different room or issued a refund!"
