A perfect place to stay if you are attending an event…football game or concert…at Allegiant Stadium. Very walkable distance …about 10 minutes or 3 long blocks away. Nirvana was very clean in comparison to midrange hotels on the strip! Property well maintained and safe with a security guard on premises. Thank you for the freshly brewed coffee, tea and packaged cookies for guest, available in the gift shop. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about areas where “locals” eat and shop near by Nirvana.

Walking distance to Allegiant stadium. Security guard was there until 5am so felt pretty safe. The room was kept clean. Souvenir shop was check in check out place and they kept my bag after check out. After the store closed, the security guard held my bag. I will come back since I don’t have to deal with smoking smell with casino.
