"The check in process is very lengthy, I waited 45 minutes to check in at midnight. Not enough staff working to check in guests. While I was waiting in line, my rooms were released - we were assigned smoking optional rooms, however I had booked
non smoking rooms. We had to move to non smoking rooms the next day.
I’ll think twice about staying there again."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
