"Staff service was terrible, never reply to my message. No check in instruction. The hotel is at the third floor, but we didn’t know since no instructions were sent by the property, even after I text them to ask for it. All doors were closed when we arrived. We were extremely confused when standing in front. If there was not a couple who live there need to get in and we followed them and get into the first door, we probably would have stood in front of a locked door more and kept being...
