Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
Did not explain the Upgrade to the room would be additional charge. I thought she was upgrading me as a complimentary thing. Once we were in the room there was a musty smell and mold on the ceiling. Clogged sink and no tv for the two days we stayed.
