"Después de haber realizado la reserva y su correspondiente pago al llegar me dijeron que estaba completo. Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...

"Good location , short walk to a grocery store, archeological sites, parks and night market. The host provided items we asked .
Front desk short hours is the major disadvantage if you are coming after 7 pm or leaving early . "

"ไปถึงขอเพิ่มเงิน บอกว่าลืมแก้ราคา ราคาที่จองเป็นของเดือนก่อนที่ผ่านมาแล้ว 7 วัน แต่ยังไม่แก้ราคา สรุปเพิ่มอีกสองร้อยกว่า / ห้องน้ำเปิดไฟไว้นานไม่ได้ ผึ้งจะบินลอดหลังคาเข้ามาเล่นไฟหลายสิบตัว / นอกนั้นปกติดี"
