"The room was dirty with lots of dust everywhere ceiling, fan furniture etc covered in dust Furniture was important condition They’re also very close to the freeway so noise level was too much for a good night sleep I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the room. we also had issues with our keys working"

"The property was very clean and the staff at the front desk were Great. Very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in yearly which was great. However the maid service staff could not understand a request I made for another blanket sent to our room. It was very hard to communicate with them. So we never received one. But other than that our stay was very nice and the breakfast provided by hotel was very good. Lots of choices. We will definitely book with Hampton Inns again in the future!"
