We were in there for 3045 minutes, never paged us so I go back to the desk where the room is ready, but now there’s a bus full of people checking in, and I have to get back in a line and stand for another hour. Then there was ladies at the pool that didn’t even get a wristband to go swim because the lady at the desk didn’t tell him and give it to him so...

"We stayed one night. We had the king corner room. The ac was deliciously cold. I never heard or saw any other guests unless I was in the lobby. The city view at night was pleasant. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not really comfortable and I would have liked to have access to a mini fridge. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay,"

"Nasty hotel owners are complete a holes who will start pressure washing at 8 AM on a Saturday morning to wake every single person up by spraying your windows. Nasty hotel disgusting place right in the middle of the ghetto. Had an issue with the booking refused to help with that was forced to pay an extra hundred dollars for the room while refusing to cancel the other room. No staff to ever help you have to chase people down to ever find anybody looks like an entire family lives there and...
