"Wir hatten die Deluxe Infinity Suite mit Privatpool und waren rundum begeistert. Die Suite war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool war definitiv das Highlight – perfekt, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen...

"We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay"

We had a small issue with our original room, and the team listened to our concerns.
