"First off, my hotel room had a lot off gnats (bugs) inside and especially outside the room (balcony area) it was a serious problem. Also, the restaurant had a lot of gnats (bugs) all over the vegetables and the fruits. The bugs were on the hot foods as well. Eating was not pleasant or enjoyable My room is with a jacuzzi and when I tried using it the morning of check out, it would not turn on. I am a frequent customer at the Rihga hotel and usually enjoyable. Unfortunately, this stay was not. I...

"Generally substandard ... didn't have hot water for 4 days, faucets worked poorly, water park was shutdown, noisy in the hallways, some if the front desk had little ambition to help."

"This hotel was awful. No WIFI, the tv was damaged. The place was infested with roaches and the place was not in good shape. Pictures are not what they seem like in person. Lack of housekeeping, you have to call a day prior to set it up. Oh and hot water was rare. The layout seem old and the place was run down to be honest. Overall its not a place I would recommend anyone to stay at. Spend a little more to book a better hotel because this place is horrible."

"Outstanding breakfast buffet and also the evening food and drinks on the club floor was excellent. The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The bathroom room layout was a little unique, but efficient, although I wouldn’t recommend that type of room if you are staying with more than two persons and you expect a little privacy. Overall a well satisfied stay."

We stayed in two different rooms that had notable differences; one of them had a dining table and a working live TV, while the other room did not have those things. The major downside from the experience was that when we were returning to Guam, there was no one picking up at the front desk when we called for a shuttle service, so we had to call an Uber, come to see that the shuttle was parked in...

"Good place and location but the property start showing the age, club lounge disappointing as food selection and quality is poor especially for breakfast, Great view from the balcony and good feature can use Dusit Thani resort pool, much newer and luxury property"

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The laundry was convenient and all machines worked (best available early AM). Property is old, faucets rust stained. AC locked at 70f which was too warm."

"The staff and workers were great and very helpful. The air conditioning system was very good and the tv was working. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clean(birth room and shower)the bedding was trash. The room needs to be aired as it was so stuffy and damp. Parking was also great"
