"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony.
When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust.
Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful.

Location is also very attractive, as it sits in a bustling neighborhood between the main train station and the old city center; still with the convenience of being direct in the city center without the pure tourist feel of a few blocks further east.
