This property needs alot of work. Very old and run down. I highly doubt it would pass a health inspection. Tiles were falling off the wall.

I stayed at this property twice. The first room had a stained toilet bowl, ripped carpet and an uncomfortable bed. The second room was cleaner, however the toaster did not work unless you held the lever in a certain position while it cooked your toast. There was terrible water hammer in an adjoining room which woke you out of a deep sleep with a fright. It was very noisy from overhead planes and freeway noise early in the morning. On quite a busy road, so getting in and out of the driveway can be quite dangerous as you don’t have a clear view of oncoming traffic. The only reason I stayed a second time was because I had already booked and paid for both stays and it was close to family. I won’t be staying there again.

Thankfully there were two beds in the room as one side of our bed had broken springs and extremely uncomfortable. The room service woke us at 8:45am two mornings out of the 8 that we stayed, leaving us towels only and not coming back to service the room: when the room was serviced they only made one bed! During the 8 night stay the main bed was made once and the single was made once (on different days) we asked for toilet paper and ended up having to buy our own. No face washer was supplied after the first two were taken to the laundry. So we had to buy baby wipes and wash with those. The spa was never heated up. Would have been great back in its day but is now outdated and neglected. Certainly not worthy of its 3 star rating

One of the worst property to stay or book. We checked out within the first day due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. The carpet smelt of urine and the property is very old/run down. Never booking this property again ever !

Photos on website were old therefore misleading. Rooms were functional but dark because of large dark brown staircase. Should be painted a light colour and stairs. were very noisy,. Kitchen needed extra items such as cutting boards, 2nd sharp knife, grater and larger mugs for big tea/coffee drinkers. Glass sliding door needs a lockable fly screen door. Each rooms Verandah needed to be separated not one long thoroughfare. If room claims to have three separate single beds it needs to be larger room, little space between beds. The shower pressure was amazing and the towels provided were soft and fluffy.

The hotel is quite a way out of the city centre and close to two main roads. A lot of road traffic and noise throughout the night. Plus you had to drive everywhere because you are far from the city centre, bars restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities to keep kids entertained and the view from our room was amazing. We would stay again.

There were two lounge chair's in the lounge that were extremally grubby. They should be thrown out and replaced with new ones. An easy job to do and would help with ratings. I found this disappointing.

Nice place for Families
This is a lovely hotel with indoor swimming pool, games room, barbeque area and children playground. The room furnishings are comfortable but need an upgrade and regular maintenance. The housekeeping staff need to stock the rooms based on the number of people booked, we had to request for cups/cutlery.
