"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of our visit. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. There were also hairs on the towels. The hotel location was great, right off a busy tram line for easy commuting. "

"Clean room, polite and professional service, comfortable beds and good sized/clean bathrooms. Also, the hotel location is impeccable. I'm only giving 4 stars because: 1) the pillows were somewhat thin and not very easy to sleep on, and 2) there was an unpleasant odour at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and it stayed there for 2 days. Not sure what was causing it but I hope the hotel management takes care of it. Otherwise, excellent stay, I would come back to this hotel any time. "
