"This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. "The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was a small plumbing issue with the toilet but they did give us a plunger seemingly fixing the issue. I would have rated 10 out of 10 if not for the lady handling breakfast she was extremely rude impatient unfriendly): I only ate breakfast one of my 3 dsys because I was appalled by her rude behavior. She made me feel unwelcome and un comfortable. I was there for a funeral and her unkind attitude really upset me."

"We stayed in a King room for a night after a cruise. It was available when we arrived, which was really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed right away. Staff members were very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to the Space Needle."

"This is a perfect stop for a traveling band playing in Seattle. Fairly priced, clean rooms, and (perhaps most importantly) a gated parking lot. Sure, we still brought our guitars in the rooms with us, but amps, merch, and such did not need to be hauled in. The staff was very friendly, by the way."
