"Camera eccezionale con servizi e pulizia top, Animazione pochi ma attivi e simpatici ma senza materiali ed inventiva . Mare bellissimo e posizione incantevole. Ristorante buona qualita' e tanta cortesia ma il poco personale rendeva i tempi di attesa biblici. Strutture sportive abbandonate ."

"Staff and owner is amazing!! She accommodated an extra person to our room a few days before.
Rooms are spacious. Everything has been revamped.
Only point for improvement is the actual pools themselves need refurbing and a slightly better breakfast selection.
Other than that great location on beach front and close to restaurants and supermarkets. And just far enough from the craziness of the strip.
Family run hotel for families!! Amazing!!
Owner and her mum are so lovely!!"

"I don't know how did this hotel get 5 star. They are even using paper cup for the breakfast for tea and coffee. there is no coffee machine.
Very poor breakfast , focusing more local guest not the international guest.
Drink, food price is crazy expensive at the bars compare to Egypt standard.
Overall, not happy for the stay and not come again to this hotel.."

"Pool is across the road but nice and relaxed. Staff were helpful, and answered all questions. Free shuttle to Punta Prima is worth using as well as the paid shuttle to Mahon. Private pool was not cleaned as much as we needed and our room smelt of mould/damp when the air con was off. Some facilities such as the shower, could do with updating."
