The other reviews that mention flies at breakfast aren't wrong, but this is a dairy region. There are flies all over. It isn't a disaster, but if this is going to wreck your trip maybe stay in Interlaken."

"This hotel was great! We read the reviews and had done our research so we knew that breakfast and parking were not included in the hotels.com rate. Yes, there were some people arguing about that when we arrived. But with that out of the way, we had a wonderful, clean room with a beautiful view of the waterfall.
