Just a hotel to get you from point A to point B. Pillow and beddings need changing. However, the staff are great especially the receptionist and the cleaner from Lithuania.

The rooms were very small and basic but contemporary and very clean. I hadn’t realised I wasn’t in the ‘main’ hotel but an annex a street away. I had to check in at one hotel and then walk about 800m to the next one which had no reception. It was rather noisy through the night with doors banging and noise from the stairs, but I presume that’s because it’s an airport hotel and people were coming and going. If you’re only staying to make using the airport easier, it’s fine. No idea what the other hotel would be like to stay at but when I got my key from there, there seemed to be a nice atmosphere.

It was hard to organize the trip because it said check in was only from 11-5 pm. And whenever I send a message thru Expedia, they didn’t answer my question- so we had to rush to check in before 5. But I don’t think it mattered since the check in was a few blocks away at a different hotel. All very confusing. The rooms were lovely and bed was comfy. There is a common room/kitchen which looks like you can use if you want

Great place to overnight from Hahn Airport, only 10 minutes walk in a quiet village. Fabulous breakfast too.

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Sachen sind kaputt. Bei uns auf dem Zimmer ist die Toilettenspülung nach jedem Spülgang durchgelaufen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber. Die Küche, die von allen Hotelgästen, mitbenutzt werden konnte, war leider nicht sauber (vor allem das Geschirr nicht). Es gab z.B. weder Spüli noch Löffel. Personal gibt es in dem Hotel direkt nicht, sondern nur 200 m weiter im Hotel „My Place“. Dort waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Nacht, bevor unser Flug in den Urlaub ging, gebucht. Dafür war es okay, würden wir aber nicht wieder buchen. Pluspunkte sind, dass das Auto für die gesamte Zeit des Urlaubs kostengünstig geparkt werden kann und dass man mit einem kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen gebracht und dort auch wieder abgeholt wird.

Basic but comfortable and clean, has parking, and convenient for the airport. It's a bit of a pain to have to walk down the road to the other hotel to pick up the key, especially if raining! The receptionist said I could leave the key in the room on check out, which I did (rather than walk down the road again), but I would have felt more reassured to have a safe place on site to hand it in.
