"The breakfast and dinner buffet were phenomenal. I would recommend both, they have a great spread of quality local food. The front desk staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa and pools were some of the nicest I’ve seen. One thing that could be improved is communication between the front desk and dining staff. Overall, one of my favorite places I’ve stayed, would certainly come back. I didn’t want to leave to be honest."

"This is my new go to Hotel when I am in Madrid. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, was so pleased to have a balcony on my room and the view was incredible. The staff was professional and courteous… And always helpful. The housekeeping staff was amazing and so friendly. Great location always felt safe. Lots of places to eat and very close to public transportation. It felt like a home away from home. I look forward to staying again the next time I am in Madrid."
