Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was great, as we needed to drop off a rental car the night before our flight. The hotel is charming and lovely. The service in the restaurant was slow and inattentive. And the breakfast was mediocre.

First Hotel Malpensa
Perfect spot close to the airport. My wife had previously fell and dislocated and fractured her shoulder so we stayed for 3 days awaiting our flight back to the states. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating Shout out to Joseph who couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks
