"Stayed one night before a very early morning flight out of IAH. Clean property but the surrounding area is a bit rough; outlined by the presence of flashing blue and red lights by the outdoor security cameras.
Stayed on the main floor with someone staying right above us - floor and ceilings are not sound proof or insulated so the slight footstep can be heard below.
Didn’t get to try on the food options or shuttle due to our late arrival and early flight "

"Staff couldn’t be bothered very unfriendly. Went to use the pool and was told we couldn’t use it. The whole reason for booking there was so we could have a pool day after our cruise. Staff not apologetic in anyway at all. Actually told me I am crazy to let my kids swim anyway they will get sick. Then told me what do you expect from an airport hotel. Room had stains all over the carpet, bed sheet had stains and were ripped. Had to ask for bedding for the second bed. Foot stool also ripped....
